The WBA is designed to give all women ballers the opportunity to showcase their talents, on and off the court. To educate, inspire, and motivate the ladies to pursue a career overseas or in the WNBA.

Deshawn comes with Fifth-teen Years in Basketball Operations , Thirteen Years on the sidelines as a Head and Assistant Basketball Coach at the Collegiate and High school levels in Minnesota/Ohio and Arizona . Deshawn played college basketball at Wiley College (Marshall TX ) finished education at Texas A&M university degree in Communication B.S Deshawn also holds experience with Fortune 500 companies like Delta Airlines and JPMorganChase .
